Woodmead: An Environmental Haven.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, The Country Club has managed to provide and maintain an environmental haven at its Woodmead Estate. The Club takes pride in its environmental stewardship and members have every opportunity to enjoy the Estate’s natural beauty. The Woodmead property spreads across 208 hectares and includes 14 dams stocked with many fish varieties. The woodlands are inhabited by some 180 species of birds. The natural resources have been blended to create a harmonious balance between nature and the urban development surrounding the estate.
